JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose

To drive sales and customer acquisition by marketing Dream Financial Services’ products, identifying potential clients, and maintaining positive client relationships to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Promote Dream Financial Services’ products and services to targeted customers.

• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through field marketing and referrals.

• Customer Education: Educate customers about financial products, terms, and benefits.

• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.

• Customer Retention: Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and feedback on customer preferences and competitor activity.

• Brand Engagement: Participate in community events, promotions, and product activations.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.

• Previous experience in sales or marketing within financial services is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• High energy, self-motivated, and results oriented.

• Must be comfortable working in the field and meeting targets.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain professionalism.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12
