DAPP Malawi is inviting suitably qualified, experienced and interested candidates to apply for the following positions:
M&E ASSISTANTS – 4 POSITIONS
Location: Ntchisi or Kasungu District
Project: TRADE Project
Reports to: Production Specialist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile data from various source registers and ensure accurate database entry.
- Provide real-time data when requested.
- Conduct Data Quality Assessments.
- Conduct monthly data verification and validation.
- Submit weekly IPTT reports.
- Organise and safely store registers and data collection forms.
- Compile, sort and verify information before database entry.
- Conduct weekly data verification and cleaning.
- Identify and correct errors or report them to the supervisor.
- Assist in training project technical teams on data collection and reporting tools.
- Provide supportive supervision to coaches at school level.
- Support documentation and archiving of project information.
- Document success stories, lessons learned and best practices.
- Participate in planning and monitoring activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Certificate/Diploma in M&E, Social Science, Statistics, Information Technology or related field from a reputable institution.
- Excellent typing and transcription skills, including fast typing speed.
- Strong understanding and experience with digital data collection tools.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in performance.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Previous experience working with DAPP is an added advantage.
- Candidates already based in or around the implementing districts are encouraged to apply.
