The Role

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Create engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Write captions and posts aligned with the school’s brand voice
  • Capture and edit photos/videos for campaigns and events
  • Monitor engagement and respond to messages where appropriate

Campaign Support

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate campaign materials such as posters, videos, and ads
  • Support planning of content shoots and schedules

Digital Marketing

  • Assist in managing paid campaigns (e.g., Facebook and Google Ads)
  • Track performance metrics such as reach and engagement
  • Prepare basic performance reports and suggest improvements

Event Coverage & Storytelling

  • Document school events and student achievements
  • Create highlight content (e.g., weekly features, celebrations)
  • Promote consistent storytelling of school culture

Brand & Communications Support

  • Ensure all content aligns with branding guidelines
  • Support communication with parents and prospective families

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Journalism, Development Communication, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Basic photography and video editing skills
  • Understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Creativity and ability to generate engaging content
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Added Advantage

  • Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
  • Familiarity with school environments
