Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the organization’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
The role aims to strengthen brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market reputation through data-driven marketing activities that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage brand positioning and communication strategies.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
- Enhance customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Strengthen relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance and market trends.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional marketing certification (CIM or equivalent) is preferred.
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or a related sector.
- Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Good understanding of financial products and customer behaviour.

- Creativity with strong branding awareness.
