Role Overview
The Marketing & Partnerships Manager drives brand awareness, audience growth, and revenue through integrated marketing campaigns and strategic alliances. This role owns both direct-to-consumer marketing and B2B partner development, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid media, CRM) to drive ticket sales, content subscriptions, or lead generation.
Brand Management: Maintain brand voice, messaging hierarchy, and visual identity across all owned and earned touchpoints.
Partnership Development: Identify, pitch, and negotiate with complementary brands, nonprofits, influencers, and corporate sponsors to create co-marketing programs, cross-promotions, and revenue-share deals.
Campaign Analytics: Monitor KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, open rates, conversion funnels); report weekly to leadership and optimize accordingly.
Content Collaboration: Brief creative teams on campaign assets; ensure marketing copy and visuals are compelling and compliant.
Event Marketing: Lead pre, during, and post-event marketing for programs, including ticket promos, influencer seeding, and onsite activations.
Budget Management: Own marketing and partnership activation budgets; track ROI on all paid and barter deals.
Qualifications
Experience: 5–7 years in marketing, brand partnerships, or business development. Agency or media/events background preferred.
Proven Results: Track record of growing audience/ revenue through partnerships (e.g., licensing, sponsorships, affiliate, or cross-promotions).
Tools: Expert in HubSpot/Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Asana/Trello. CRM and reporting fluency.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and project management skills. Self-starter with relationship-building instinct.
Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.

- Campaign ROAS and CPA vs. target
- Partner retention and referral rate
