Job Summary

MIM seeks to recruit a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Representative to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting MIM’s services, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MIM’s training programs, consultancy services, and other offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Represent MIM at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of MIM.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the training or consultancy sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
