Founded in 2019, the institute has grown to become in its own description “the largest Occupational Health and Safety institution in Malawi.
Our mission is to provide exceptional education and training in occupational health and safety, empowering students with the knowledge, skills and values necessary to address current emerging challenges.
The Institution seeks to recruit an experienced Marketing and Administrative assistant to be based in Blantyre. The following are the requirements for the ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Providing administrative support to management and program coordinators.
- Managing office records, files, and correspondence (both physical and electronic)
- Communicating with trainees, clients, facilitators, and partners
- Assisting in marketing activities, including promoting courses and consultancy services through online platforms and other communication channels Communications & Media Studies
- Supporting the development and implementation of basic marketing strategies and outreach activities
- Managing enquiries related to marketing, training programs, and consultancy services.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- A Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
