MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

Job Purpose

The Marketing & Communications Officer will promote the Academy's brand, programmes, achievements, and values while strengthening communication with prospective families, current parents, students, staff, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communication activities.
• Promote the Academy's educational programmes and achievements.
• Manage approved social media and digital communication channels.
• Develop content for school communications and promotional materials.
• Support student recruitment and admissions campaigns.
• Coordinate school events and promotional activities.
• Maintain consistent branding across communication materials.
• Build positive relationships with parents, prospective families, media, and stakeholders.
• Monitor marketing activities and prepare reports.
• Support photography, video, newsletters, brochures, and other communication materials.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related field.
• Relevant marketing or communications experience is an advantage.
• Strong writing, communication, digital media, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic graphic design and content-creation skills are an advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
