Background

E-Nyasa, is expanding its operations to serve more communities across Malawi. We are therefore seeking motivated, results-oriented Marketing and Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team.Advertise in Malawi

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell E-Nyasa’s products and services.
• Conduct community outreach, door-to-door marketing, market activations, and demonstrations
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate referrals .
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads
• Educate customers on benefits of clean energy and our flexible credit options

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, Sales, or a closely related field (attach certified copies of certificates) + MSCE
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales and/or marketing (field sales experience an advantage)
• Age: Between 25 and 34 years (less than 35 years old) at the time of application
• Must be a resident of one of the specified districts listed above
• Strong communication skills (English and Chichewa and one local language depending on location-eg; Mangochi-Chiyawo, Rumphi, Karonga- Chitumbuka)
• Self-motivated, honest, and able to work independently.
• -Added Advantage: Demonstrable skills or experience in digital marketing, social media sales, Tiktok, WhatsApp business marketing, or online lead generation.

Type: Contract- 1 Year Renewable

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
