Mathematics & Physics Teacher
Position Summary

The Mathematics & Physics Teacher will deliver engaging, learner-centred instruction in both subjects while preparing students for national examinations and promoting strong analytical and scientific skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics and Physics across assigned secondary classes.
• Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work and assessments.
• Conduct Physics practical lessons safely and effectively.
• Prepare learners for internal and national examinations.
• Monitor learner progress and provide academic support.
• Maintain accurate student records.
• Participate in co-curricular and boarding-school duties.
• Support discipline, student welfare and the Academy's Islamic values.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education specializing in Mathematics, Physics or a related programme.
• Minimum four (4) years' experience teaching both Mathematics and Physics.
• Experience preparing students for national examinations.
• Experience conducting Physics practicals.
