Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lilongwe for a Media Sales Executive. The Media Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales for billboard and airport advertising campaigns. Key responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, creating tailored advertising solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure campaign success will also be a vital part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Media Sales and Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the advertising or OOH industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • 5 years relevant experience
