About the Role

Christian Revival and Healing Ministries International (CRHMI) is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and committed Media Specialist / Multimedia Coordinator to join our ministry team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about using media and technology to advance the Gospel, communicate the vision of the ministry, and engage audiences across digital platforms.

The successful candidate will lead the ministry's multimedia production, branding, digital communications, and live media operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and produce high-quality videos of church services, conferences, outreaches, and special events.
• Take professional photographs for ministry publications, social media, and promotional materials.
• Design engaging graphics for sermons, conferences, announcements, and ministry campaigns.
• Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency in CRHMI's visual identity and branding across all media platforms.
• Coordinate and manage live streaming of church services, conferences, and special events.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot multimedia equipment, including cameras, audio systems, lighting, and streaming devices.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend strategies to increase audience engagement and expand the ministry's digital reach.
• Work closely with church leadership and ministry departments to support communication and media needs.
• Organize, archive, and manage the ministry's digital media assets.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of a Diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Digital Media, Film Production, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in multimedia production, photography, videography, digital marketing, or related fields will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must provide links to a portfolio or evidence of previous media work (videos, photography, graphics, livestream productions, or social media content). Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in videography, photography, graphic design, and social media management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator), Canva, Kdenlive, or equivalent multimedia software.
• Experience operating professional cameras, audio equipment, and live-streaming systems.
• Strong skills in video editing, color correction, audio synchronization, and content optimization.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a ministry environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
