The Monitoring and Evaluations Officer will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing M&E frameworks and tools.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on program data.
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of M&E data.
  • Providing M&E support to program staff.
  • Contributing to program learning and adaptation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, statistics, development studies).
  • Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
