Background

We are looking for a highly experienced NCR Atleos ATM Field Service / Customer Support Engineer to join our technical team in Malawi. International candidates with strong NCR Atleos technical experience are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will work closely with our Malawi technical team, providing hands-on technical support across our ATM operations while also training, mentoring and transferring technical knowledge to our local engineers.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience supporting and maintaining various NCR Atleos ATM models.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining NCR Scalable Recycler (SR) machines.
• Strong knowledge of ATM hardware diagnostics, preventive maintenance and field service support.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and technical faults independently.
• Ability to provide hands-on technical support across all ATM models.
• Ability to train, mentor and transfer technical knowledge to our local engineering team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, ICT, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• NCR technical training and/or certification will be an added advantage.

Employment Terms

This is a full-time position based in Malawi, offered on an initial three-year contract, renewable based on mutual agreement and performance.
