Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Operations Manager to join our team in leading daily logistics and drive efficiency. Manage regional sales representatives, dispatchers, drivers, riders, and warehouse staff to ensure on-time delivery and maximize performance.

Core Duties

Operational Management

Oversee dispatch, pickup, delivery, and coordinate operations

Route and Fleet Optimization

Use logistics software for timely deliveries

Performance Monitoring

Track KPIs like delivery speed and accuracy

Team Leadership

Lead and train staff to meet demand, make timely and effective decisions on urgent matters

Customer Service

Resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction

Process Improvement

Implement better procedures and ensure compliance with best practices

Safety and Compliance

Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Budgeting

Control expenses and manage vendor relationships.

Key Requirements

• 2–5+ years in logistics, delivery, or transport management.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, data analytics).
• Team management experience.
• Proficient in courier dispatch systems.
