JOB DETAILS:

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Night Auditor ensures smooth overnight operations while maintaining accurate financial records and delivering excellent guest service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes during overnight shifts.
• Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
• Process invoices, post transactions, and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and balance Cash drawers.
• Prepare reports for forecasting and auditing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Hotel Master.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years in a hotel front office department.
