JOB DETAILS:

DUTIES

• Plans and implements quality nursing care using the nursing/midwifery process in friendly manner and observes and evaluates patient’s condition and progress.

• Administers medication and treatment accurately to patients.

• Ensures a clean and safe environment for patient care.

• Adheres to standard precautions of infection prevention and control practices.

• Collaborates with other health workers in meeting specific needs of the patients.

• Documents and maintains accurate records of all nursing care activities performed.

• Reports accurately individual patient care to fellow nurse or doctor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or diploma in Nursing and Midwifery.

• Registration certificate with Nurses council of Malawi.Advertise in Malawi

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy clinic / hospital.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
