- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Design and implement age-appropriate, play-based lesson plans that foster early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Classroom Management: Provide a safe, hygienic, and encouraging classroom environment, managing behavior with patience and positive reinforcement.
- Child Development: Assess, track, and document children's developmental milestones and progress, sharing regular updates with parents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other early years specialists and school administrators to maintain high standards of early childhood education.
