JOB DETAILS:

K&J Projects Private Limited, India is currently preparing a proposal for an international consultancy assignment under the Southern Africa Trade and Connectivity Project (SATCP).

Responsibilities or duties

Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering Design, Preparation of Tender Documents for Construction of Two Inland Vehicle Weigh Stations, and Construction Supervision of Liwonde Weigh Station along:

• Zalewa – Mwanza (M006) Road
• Liwonde – Zomba (M003) Road

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

An international qualification in Occupation Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction IC1, or similar qualification. He/she shall be fluent in written and spoken English

Experience needed

The person must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in infrastructure projects. He/she must have served as an Occupational Health and Safety Expert in at least two (2) building construction projects of similar nature in the last three (3) years.
