About The Role
Emerge Fund is seeking a highly driven and enthusiastic Office Assistant / Receptionist from within our team to amplify our client management and sales objectives. You will be the face of our organization, responsible for managing the front office, receiving visitors, handling inquiries, and supporting our community of entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Implement strategies to enhance client support and manage queries effectively.
- Administration: Manage physical and online mail, answer and screen telephone calls, and maintain filing systems and contact databases.
- Appointment Management: Coordinate client bookings, manage meeting schedules, and ensure timely engagement with the relevant personnel.
- Office Management: Ensure a clean, hygienic, and secure office environment in line with our environmental sustainability strategy.
- Marketing Support: Market diverse fund products, document service requests, and remain knowledgeable about industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Emerge Fund team to achieve organizational goals and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in the social/nonprofit or for-profit service sector.
- Skills: Experience in office administration and client relations. Strong understanding of recordkeeping, inventory management, and event organization. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Packages. Fluency in written and spoken English and native languages.
- Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, creative, and a self-starter. Positive-minded, mature, decisive, and diplomatic. Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and function effectively in a diverse team.
