Job Description
To contribute to and support the creation and implementation of winning Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaigns, that capitalises on opportunities to acquire and retain clients and enhance commercial value for the Bank as part of an IMC team. To contribute to marketing excellence, innovation, partnerships, and collaboration in the Bank whilst aligning to the Group standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
Certifications in Marketing are an added advantage
Experience
2-3 years’ experience in supporting the implementation of innovative marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences. Working with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM. Using data and metrics to inform campaigns and measure performance.
2-3 years’ experience working in a project environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
2-3 years’ experience working cross-functionally with teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
1-2 years’ experience in research and analysis of data to support team and business decision making through an insights driven approach

Key Job Functions
Partner closely with the relevant business stakeholders to execute client & product events through robust planning and coordination of activities.
Collate client insights and research to provide design inputs into marketing initiatives and IMC plans, contributing to data-led and client behaviour informed initiatives.
Implement digital, direct and above the line marketing campaigns per the IMC plan, driving a collaborative and well-coordinated approach to ensure campaign objectives are achieved.
Develop agency briefing documents to enable the development of creative concepts and messaging in support of IMC plans.
Conduct media planning activities specific to the campaign to fulfil marketing campaigns, working closely with media agencies to provide required inputs.
Support the ongoing review and renewal of physical space branding which includes вот not limited to Branches, Services Centres, Suites and Offices as a brand custodian
