About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised and reliable Operations Intern to support ISSED's day-to-day operations and help ensure that programmes, events and activities are effectively planned, coordinated and implemented.
Key Responsibilties
- Support in planning, coordinating and monitoring programme and project activities.
- Assist with logistics, procurement and inventory management.
- Help maintain records, reports and databases,
- Support office administration and coordination of meetings and events.
- Work with different teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of office administration, logistics and procurement processes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
