Role Summary
The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, project coordination, quality control, timelines, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and according to company standards.

Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 4 years site/project supervision experience
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good reporting and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and interior fit-outs
