We are seeking a dedicated and organized Operations & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth running of our daily operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Administration & Compliance
- Assist with maintaining company compliance records and documentation
- File, update, and manage operational and regulatory documents
- Support preparation of documents required for audits, inspections, and client requirements
- Ensure all records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible
Financial Administration
- Track and record petty cash transactions
- Support basic expense tracking and document filing
Operations Support
- Assist with daily logistics administration and coordination
- Update internal records related to loads, deliveries, and operations
- Support operations team with general administrative tasks
Client & Enquiry Handling
- Receive and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Log enquiries and follow up with the relevant internal teams
- Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders
General Office Support
- Maintain organised office systems and records
- Assist with data entry and report preparation
- Perform any other administrative duties as required to support business operations
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or operations support role (logistics experience is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of compliance and record-keeping
- Experience handling petty cash or basic financial records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
- Perform any other administrative duties as required to support business operations
