Lumina Creative Labs
Lumina Creative Labs is an international digital agency providing high-end content moderation and asset management for the US and European markets. We are launching a private production hub in Mzuzu and require a high-energy Operations & Launch Lead to secure our facility and manage daily technical operations.
The Mission
- Locate and secure location for our Mzuzu base
- Oversee the technical setup
- Recruit local talent
- Manage the production team (aligning with US/EU time zones) and ensure 100% technical uptime.
- Visual Direction: Use your eye for photography to design sets and optimize lighting
Qualification and Experience required
- Local Expert: Deep knowledge of Mzuzu’s residential real estate and local contractors.
- Creative Technicality: Experience in photography, videography, or sound engineering. You understand how to make a frame look world-class.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with PC hardware, networking. You fix things yourself rather than waiting for help.
- Language: Fluent, professional English.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
