Position Summary
You will provide counselling and pastoral care services to students and staff. You will support mental health, personal development, and ethical guidance within the college community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide confidential counselling to students and staff
- Offer spiritual guidance aligned with inclusive values
- Support students facing academic, social, or personal challenges
- Develop and run wellbeing and life-skills sessions
- Identify and refer complex cases to professional services where needed
- Promote mental health awareness within the college
- Maintain proper counselling records and reports
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Theology, or related field
- Formal training in counselling or psychotherapy
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality
- Experience working in an educational setting is an advantage
