Overview & Role Purpose

Outple is looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and commercially minded Digital Marketer – Lead Generation & Growth to work with our client in a part-time, dual-brand capacity. This is a fully remote role, supporting two complementary education-focused businesses. The successful candidate must be comfortable aligning working hours, communication, and campaign execution across UK and South African time zones.

While the overarching brand strategy and positioning are set by leadership, this role is designed for someone who thrives in execution, experimentation, and results. You will act as the digital engine room across both brands—owning not just content and campaigns, but the entire lead generation lifecycle from awareness to booked calls and qualified enquiries.

Success is measured by leads generated, conversations booked, and pipeline contribution. We are looking for someone who takes personal accountability for performance, treats lead generation as a commercial responsibility, and brings strong initiative to identify and test new channels, tactics, and growth opportunities.

The role is structured as approximately 2 hours per day per company (4 hours per day total). This requires a highly organized, self directed professional who can manage two parallel digital ecosystems while maintaining focus on measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Growth (Primary Focus)

Own end- to- end lead generation for both brands, from first touch through to booked calls and qualified enquiries.

Drive leads through a multi-channel mix, including:

  • Social media (organic and paid)
  • Email marketing (Mailchimp)
  • Outbound and prospecting campaigns (Instantly AI or similar)
  • Website traffic, SEO/GEO-driven discovery, and landing pages
  • Partnerships, industry events, and speaking or conference opportunities

Design and run structured campaigns (5–10+ touchpoint sequences), including A/B testing of messaging, subject lines, landing pages, and calls-to-action.

Take personal accountability for performance, tracking and optimising:

  • Leads generated
  • Calls/meetings booked
  • Conversion rates and funnel drop-offs

2. Digital Content & Brand Execution

  • Act as the hands-on producer for digital assets across both brands, translating strategy into high-performing, platform-native content for social, email, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Position both businesses as trusted voices in education, tutoring, and safer recruitment through thought leadership, recorded content, and campaign storytelling.
  • Maintain strict brand consistency, ensuring a premium, credible, and professional digital presence across all touchpoints.

3. Social Media & Community Management

  • Own and manage channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok (where relevant)—from ideation and creation to scheduling and performance tracking.
  • Proactively manage comments, DMs, and WhatsApp conversations with the explicit goal of moving prospects into the lead funnel.
  • Identify and test new tools, trends, and AI-assisted workflows that improve reach, response rates, and conversion.

4. Website, SEO/GEO & Conversion Optimization

• Take ownership of front-end website updates via Tilda, creating and adapting pages to support campaigns, improve user journeys, and strengthen lead capture.

• Execute on-page SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), including meta descriptions, headers (H1–H3), image alt-text, and keyword/semantic optimisation.

• Work closely with a digital marketing consultant who provides audits and strategy—while you implement, test, and optimise.

• Monitor performance using Metricool, Mailchimp Analytics, and Google Analytics, identifying technical issues and conversion opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

Core Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or performance-focused digital marketing with clear commercial outcomes.
  • Strong capability in email and outbound automation (Mailchimp, Instantly AI, or similar platforms).
  • Confidence in managing full-funnel campaigns from awareness through to booked calls and qualified leads.
  • Ability to adapt and improve websites and landing pages using a CMS (Tilda or similar) to strengthen UX and conversion.
  • Practical design and content skills using tools such as Canva.

Tools & Platforms

  • Analytics & Scheduling: Metricool, Google Analytics
  • Email & Outreach: Mailchimp, Instantly AI (or equivalent)
  • Social Media: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook
  • Communication: WhatsApp Business
  • Website CMS: Tilda

Personal Attributes

  • Commercial mindset: You measure success in leads, conversions, and pipeline impact—not just impressions or engagement.
  • High initiative and ownership: You proactively test ideas, solve problems, and take responsibility for results.
  • Analytical and experimental: Comfortable running tests, interpreting data, and refining campaigns.
  • Organized and reliable: Able to balance two brands, fixed meetings, and daily execution within a focused time window.
  • Own end- to- end lead generation for both brands, from first touch through to booked calls and qualified enquiries.
  • Drive leads through a multi-channel mix, including: Social media (organic and paid), Email marketing (Mailchimp), Outbound and prospecting campaigns (Instantly AI or similar), Website traffic, SEO/GEO-driven discovery, and landing pages, Partnerships, industry events, and speaking or conference opportunities.
