The service offering includes the provision of loans and financial literacy with the long-term vision of offering a full bouquet of microfinance products and services.
TCF Ltd is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to till the vacant positions tenable at its Head Office Area 4. Off-Chilambula Road, Lilongwe as detailed below:
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Reporting to the CEO, the Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative, secretarial and organisational support to ensure the smooth operation of the CEO’s office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings correspondence and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, minutes and other executive documents
- Coordinate meetings. workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Maintain confidential records and follow up on action points and CEO directives
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support and ensure professionalism in the CEO’s office
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Human Resource Management, Public Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years” relevant experience, preferably in the financial services or microfinance sector
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High level of integrity. professionalism and confidentiality
