JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities or duties

• Checking drug stocks and making orders from the store.
• Cleaning of pharmacy floors, wiping benches and dusting stock containers.
• Prepackaging drugs ready for dispensing.
• Receiving prescriptions from out and in-patient and checking dosage and prescription particulars.
• Issuing required medicine to patients and giving instructions on how to use and store.
• Ensuring correct drug storage
• Monitoring drugs using HNIS tools and guidelines and report to the designated supervisor.
• Management of pharmaceutical supplies for Hospital words for departments.

Qualifications or requirements

Certificate in Pharmacy registrable in Malawi.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: professional certificate
