Role Overview

The Primary School Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Implementation: Prepare lesson plans in line with the national curriculum and deliver lessons using age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Student Assessment & Support: Assess and evaluate learners' progress, maintain accurate records of attendance and results, and identify and support learners with special needs.
• Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and create a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment that promotes student participation.
• Professional & Community Engagement: Participate in continuous professional development, collaborate with other teachers and parents, and engage with the community on educational matters.
• Extracurricular Involvement: Organize or participate in extracurricular activities like sports, clubs, and cultural events.
