The Role
- Support procurement and logistics processes
- Assist in sourcing and supplier coordination
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Support inventory and supply chain operations
- Assist in preparing procurement reports
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement planning and execution
- Support supplier communication and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and deliveries
- Assist with stock monitoring and logistics coordination
- Perform administrative duties related to procurement
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Recent graduate or currently enrolled (no experience required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of procurement or logistics processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an added advantage
- CIPS qualification (Level 4 or higher) is an added advantage
