4️⃣ Procurement Officer
Reports To: Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Role Summary:
Ensures timely sourcing of goods and services, manages suppliers, and maintains compliance with company procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate with operations for stock management.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and budget.
- Generate procurement reports for management review.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of agricultural or digital marketplace supply chains is an advantage.
