Procurement & Contract Officer
REPORTING TO: Contract Manager/OD/MD
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage contract negotiations, awards and renewals
- Manage, Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance
- Monitor contract performance and resolve issues
- Maintain procurement records and reports and invoices
- Support tendering processes for various Government and donor funded supply projects and evaluations
- Preparing bids for various supply Project
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or related field
- Over 5 years’ Experience in preparation of contracts for various suppliers and vendors
- Experience in preparation of bids for various supply projects
- Experience in tendering for various Government and donor funded supply project
- Must have knowledge of contract management and procurement regulations
- Excellent pricing and negotiation skills
- Up-to-date with market prices and trends
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
