PROGRAMS OFFICER

The Malawi Scotland Partnership (MaSP) is recruiting a visionary and strategic Programs Officer to help strengthen the 160-year Malawi–Scotland partnership.

Location: Lilongwe

Contract: 6 months (renewable based on performance & funding)

Requirement: Master’s Degree + 5 years’ postgraduate experience in Project Management & Advocacy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program planning & coordination
  • Reporting & performance tracking
  • Resource mobilization & budget management
  • Partnership development & stakeholder engagement
