Community For Better Life is a refugee-led nonprofit organization established in the Dzaleka Refugee Camp. Driven by a profound understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized communities in Malawi. Our mission is to bridge the gap between economic exclusion and environmental degradation, fostering a more inclusive and sustainable future. We envision a world where everyone has equal access to employment opportunities and the empowerment to protect the natural world. By promoting economic inclusion and environmental conservation.

We are inviting suitably qualified and dedicated candidates to fill the vacant position of project coordinator to facilitate the daily operational and administrative aspects of the organization projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the project planning and implementation
  • Ensure communication between project manager and stakeholders
  • Scheduling stakeholders’ meetings
  • Prepare update project report and manage project resources
  • Monitoring project progress and identify potential risks
  • Provide regular feedback to immediate supervisor
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree/Diploma in Business management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively and meet the deadline
  • Good organizational behavior and management skills
