Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
- A valid drivers license
- Self driven
- At Least 3 Years working experience
- -Experience in Construction will be an added advantage

- Taking off of quantities from drawings
- Preparing estimates
- Preparing Bills of quantities
- Tendering for projects
- Conducting interim valuations
- Preparing final accounts
- Preparation of Cost Reports
- Monitoring project budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Assisting in overall supervision of projects
