JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for project costing, BOQ preparation, budget control, cost analysis, procurement support, and financial monitoring to ensure projects remain profitable and financially controlled.
Key Responsibilities
- Costing and BOQ’s
- Budget and finance control
- Procurement support
- Tendering and commercial support
- Project oversight
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and costing systems
- Understanding of construction and interior fit-out projects
- Attention to detail and commercial awareness
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
