POSITION: QUANTITY SURVEYOR (1 POSITION)

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any related field from a recognised institution.

Experience and skills

Must have more than 5 years relevant working experience in preparation of contract documents, preliminary and advanced stage estimates for tendering process Bills of Quantities, interim payment certificates and final accounts of projects. Experience in co-supervising construction projects, attending site meetings, and controlling quality of measurement data in civil as well as building construction projects is a must. The incumbent must be a team player, detail oriented, have excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, a self-motivated individual, and be computer literate. At the office, the QS will be in-charge of maintaining contract documentation and fees related to all organisational construction activities.
