Solid Construction is seeking a Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities or duties

Preparation of contract documents, preliminary and advanced stage estimates for tendering process and the Bills of Quantities, interim payment certificates and final accounts of projects. Co supervising construction projects, attending site meetings, and controlling quality of measurement data in civil as well as building construction projects.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

A Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any related field from a recognised institution. The incumbent must be of good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated individual and computer literate.

Experience needed

More than 3 years relevant working experience.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
