AYCT invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Receptionist.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant working experience
  • Good communication and customer care skills
  • Ability to handle telephone calls and visitors professionally
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word and email
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality

  • Receiving and attending to visitors and clients courteously
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Managing the reception area and records
  • Providing general administrative support
