AYCT invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Receptionist.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant working experience
- Good communication and customer care skills
- Ability to handle telephone calls and visitors professionally
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word and email
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and attending to visitors and clients courteously
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Managing the reception area and records
- Providing general administrative support
