Chikho Hotels is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join the front desk team.

Job Summary

The Receptionist will welcome and assist guests at the front desk, handle reservations and inquiries, and ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes while delivering excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements

  • Certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Two years’ experience in a front office or customer service role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skillsCommunications & Media Studies
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel systems will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
