Certificate or diploma in hospitality management from a recognized institution
Minimum of 2 years experience
Duties:
- Welcoming guests on arrival and handling the check-in process
- Assisting guests with check-out procedures
- Handling guest inquiries, requests and complaints professionally
- Providing information about hotel services, rooms, and handling reservations
Those with good knowledge of Portuguese on top of English and Chichewa will have added advantage
