Reporting to: Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver courteous, efficient, and professional guest service, including order taking, food and beverage service, and handling guest inquiries or concerns.
  • Prepare, set and maintain dining areas in line with approved service, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout service.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu and beverages, providing accurate descriptions and recommendations to guests.
  • Accurately process and coordinate guest orders with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and correct service delivery.
  • Uphold high standards of etiquette, teamwork, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel policies, food safety, and responsible alcohol service requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in hospitality Management from a recognised Institution.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage items.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays or heavy objects as needed.

Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
