JOB PURPOSE
Lead the development and enforcement of controls that protect company revenue and electronic value, including airtime, mobile money, and digital products. Drive revenue assurance, fraud prevention, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement revenue assurance strategies and policies
* Monitor revenue leakages and enforce corrective controls
* Oversee e-value reconciliation and financial integrity
* Lead fraud detection, investigations, and risk mitigation
* Assess revenue risks for new products pre-launch
* Prepare executive reports and recommendations
* Manage and mentor the Revenue Assurance team • Partner with Finance, IT, Commercial, and Mobile Money teams

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field
* Master’s degree or CISA, CIA, ACCA, CPA certification is an added advantage
* Extensive management experience in Revenue Assurance, Risk, Internal Audit, or Telecoms
* Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
