Responsibilities
The Sales Agent will be responsible for:
- Promoting and selling SACCO products and services to potential and existing members.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with members.
- Achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is an added advantage.
Experience
Previous experience in sales or customer service is required. Experience in the SACCO or financial sector will be an added advantage.
