JOB DETAILS:

Mphunzitsi SACO invites applications from self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Commission-based Sales Agents in all the Regions.

This is a performance-driven opportunity for individuals looking to earn unlimited commission by growing our membership and loan portfolio.

Purpose of the Role

To drive rapid membership growth, expand the loan portfolio, and build stronger member relationships than assigned district on a commission-only basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize and recruit new members to meet set targets
• Promote and register members for mobile banking services
• Facilitate timely access to loans for new members
• Support member retention and enhance results
• Grow and manage the loan portfolio
• Build strong member relationships and enhance trust
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Address and resolve member complaints within stipulated timelines

Key Performance Targets (Commission-Based)

• Membership recruitment and growth
• Loan portfolio expansion
• Member retention and engagement
• Timely reporting and service delivery

Qualifications and Experience

• Certificate in Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (a Degree is an added advantage)
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or financial services (microfinance/SACCO experience is an added advantage)
• Positive work ethic and attitude
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet strict targets
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district
• Own a smartphone and ability to submit digital reports
