OVERVIEW
Credit Line, a fast-growing FinTech company in Malawi, is seeking suitably qualified and highly motivated Sales Agents to be based in major districts across Malawi. Successful candidates will cover their assigned districts/towns and surrounding areas.

Credit Line provides a digital platform that facilitates access to structured financial solutions. Through technology and payroll-aligned systems, we connect individuals to responsible and accessible financial products. As part of our expansion strategy, we are growing our sales force to drive platform adoption and customer onboarding nationwide.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Business Development Team, successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and promoting Credit Line products within the assigned territory
- Onboarding individual clients and employer partners
- Maintaining accurate sales records and submitting daily reports
- Attending weekly performance meetings with the Business Development Leader
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Achieving set monthly targets and meeting company standards
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience (insurance, banking, digital products, or microfinance experience is an added advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with a passion for sales and business development
- Computer literate
- Good understanding of the Malawian digital and financial services landscape
- Must own a smartphone
- Creative, innovative, and target-driven
