Medwise Pharmacy is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at TotalEnergies Ismail Service Station in Limbe, Blantyre. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people, be attentive to detail, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in a pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and attend to their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in locating products and recommend suitable options where appropriate
• Refer prescription-related questions and medical concerns to the pharmacist
• Provide basic product information and package purchases neatly
• Process sales transactions and support daily POS operations
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a retail pharmacy
• Basic computer skills, including use of POS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to excellent customer service and respectful client interaction
• High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow pharmacy regulations
• Willingness to work shifts, and weekends
