SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Serendib Hotels & Resorts, one of Malawi’s fastest-growing hospitality groups, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Sales & Marketing Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Drive occupancy, conference bookings, and brand visibility.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, promotions, and advertising campaigns.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in Sales & Marketing position within the hospitality industry.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to drive room sales, conferences, events, and leisure business.
• Strong corporate sales, digital marketing, and revenue-generation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
