Job Summary
Drive sales growth across all divisions by developing markets, managing client relationships, and promoting the commodity exchange and sales portal. Drives sales of dry grains, certified seeds, horticultural products, processed items (blanched frozen potato/cassava/sweet potato), logistics services, and real estate rentals. Promotes the commodity exchange sales portal and expands market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to increase revenue from all products and services.
- Promote and facilitate trades via the sales portal and selling centers.
- Build relationships with buyers (processors, exporters, retailers, tenants) and manage customer accounts.
- Conduct market analysis, price monitoring, and promotional activities.
- Identify new markets/clients and support expansion initiatives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with sourcing and operations for seamless order fulfilment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related field.
- 5+ years in sales/marketing in agribusiness, commodity trading, or related sectors.
- Experience with digital sales portals or B2B agricultural sales advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and digital marketing skills.
